The rules for using Nitro2Lab.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing service credit, or using Nitro2Lab, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use Nitro2Lab for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that undermines account security or service limits.

3. What Nitro2Lab provides

Nitro2Lab is a self-directed research tool. It synchronizes available daily market history for selected tickers and generates statistical projections, upper and lower bounds, historical comparisons, and fitted-history diagnostics.

Data availability, exchanges, currencies, historical coverage, correction schedules, and ticker support can change. Information may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, inaccurate, or unavailable. Nitro2Lab is not a live quote service, brokerage, exchange, portfolio manager, or trade-execution platform.

4. No financial advice and no performance guarantee

Statistical outputs are estimates based on historical information and assumptions. They may be wrong and cannot predict every event or market condition. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You can lose some or all of the money you invest.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the information, checking important data independently, deciding whether a product is suitable for your circumstances, and obtaining advice from an appropriately licensed professional when needed.

5. Plans, service credit, and charges

• Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Pay As You Go: there is no monthly plan fee. Standard Analysis costs $0.30 USD per completed run and Deep Analysis costs $0.55 USD per completed run. The applicable price is displayed before a run.
• Pay As You Go top-ups add $10.00 USD or $15.00 USD of closed-loop Nitro2Lab service credit to your account. A top-up is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Service credit is not a bank deposit, investment product, or general-purpose payment instrument; it cannot be transferred between users or withdrawn as cash except where required by law.
• Seven-day Pro trial: an eligible new customer account receives seven consecutive days of promotional Pro access beginning when account creation succeeds. Standard and Deep analyses and unlimited saved ticker folders are included during the trial, subject to reasonable fair-use and abuse-prevention protections.
• The promotional trial does not require a card, does not create a paid subscription, and does not automatically charge you. When it expires, the account continues on Pay As You Go at $0 per month unless you separately choose paid Pro. Saved results and history remain available; three ticker folders remain active and additional folders become read-only archives.
• The promotional trial is limited to one per eligible customer and may be withheld, corrected, or ended where reasonably necessary to address error, fraud, duplicate accounts, automated access, or abuse.
• Pro: Pro costs $17.99 USD per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Standard and Deep analyses are included with Pro, subject to reasonable fair-use protections, and do not deduct from your existing wallet balance while Pro is active.
• Paid Pro access begins only after confirmed payment. Choosing paid Pro during a promotional trial starts the paid subscription immediately rather than waiting for the trial to expire. If you cancel, Pro remains active through the end of the paid billing period. We do not convert wallet credit into subscription credit, automatically refund earlier analysis charges, or deduct Pro fees from your wallet.
• If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, Pro inclusions pause until the subscription returns to good standing. Any existing wallet balance remains available and is not used to pay the subscription.
• Pay As You Go includes three active ticker folders. Pro includes unlimited saved ticker folders. Each folder can retain complete analysis history for its ticker, and viewing an existing analysis does not create a new charge.
• If Pro ends, three ticker folders remain active and additional folders become read-only archives. You may choose the three active folders; if no selection is made, the three most recently used folders remain active. Resubscribing to Pro restores eligible archived folders.
• Removing a saved ticker frees its active slot immediately. Its history remains recoverable in Trash for seven days before automatic permanent deletion. A failed analysis does not consume Pay As You Go credit, create a new ticker folder, or permanently remove a previously saved ticker.

Payment processing is provided by a third party. Your use of its checkout is also subject to that provider’s terms. Except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise, completed top-ups and charges are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Nitro2Lab for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or market-manipulation activity;
• attempt to bypass billing, account, security, rate, storage, or data-access limits;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or access the service through unauthorized automated means, except where law expressly permits;
• upload or transmit malware or content that infringes another person’s rights;
• misrepresent Nitro2Lab output as a guaranteed result, personalized recommendation, live quote, or official communication from Nitro2Lab; or
• redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit market data or service output where you lack the necessary rights or our written permission.

7. Intellectual property and data rights

Nitro2Lab and its software, design, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lawful research.

Market data may be owned or licensed by third parties and may carry separate restrictions. You receive no ownership interest in third-party market data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use and any export or redistribution is permitted.

8. Third-party services

Nitro2Lab relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, databases, market data, payments, and email. Their availability and terms can affect the service. Links or integrations do not mean we endorse every third-party product or accept responsibility for its independent conduct.

9. Availability, changes, and suspension

We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue part of Nitro2Lab, including supported tickers, data coverage, prices, or features. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect existing users.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account creates a security, legal, fraud, non-payment, or abuse risk. You may stop using Nitro2Lab at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro2Lab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that data, projections, bounds, diagnostics, or other outputs will be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro2Lab and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or trading decisions arising from the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service or applicable law changes. We will publish updated terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use Nitro2Lab after revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.

12. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.
