How Nitro2Lab handles your information.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use Nitro2Lab.

Effective date 1 August 2026

1. Scope and who we are

This policy applies to the Nitro2Lab website, account dashboard, market-analysis tools, billing features, customer support, and related emails. In this policy, “Nitro2Lab,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Nitro2Lab service.

This policy does not govern third-party websites or services that you choose to visit. Their own privacy policies apply.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: first and last name, email address, optional profile phone number and address, password hash, account status, account role, and security-token records.
  • Support information: your name, email address, enquiry topic, message, and our response history.
  • Analysis choices: tickers selected, analysis depth, saved ticker folders and their active, archived, or Trash status, stored ticker histories associated with your account, and analysis results.

Information created when you use the service

  • Billing and promotion records: your Pay As You Go, promotional Pro trial, or paid Pro access; trial start and end timestamps; service-credit balance; top-ups; analysis charges and inclusions; refunds; subscription status and billing period; cancellation state; and payment transaction references.
  • Technical and security data: session information, authentication and rate-limit events, timestamps, request metadata, error records, and information needed to prevent misuse and diagnose failures.
  • First-party visitor and product analytics: we use random first-party browser and session identifiers, which are transformed into keyed one-way digests before storage, to estimate browsers and visits. We record fixed internal labels for homepage sessions and Sign up button placements, timestamps, cumulative engaged time while the homepage is visible, focused, and recently active, Sign up button selections, and accepted signup-form submissions. These counts are approximate because browsers can block or clear storage and one person can use several browsers or devices.
  • Google Ads measurement: when the Google Ads tag is configured, Google may receive information about visits and ad interactions, including the page URL, referrer or ad-click information, browser or device information, and online identifiers, to provide conversion measurement and related advertising features. The tag is not loaded on email-verification, password-reset, or local email-preview paths.

Nitro2Lab’s first-party visitor analytics record does not contain your IP address, user agent, account ID, name, email, phone number, address, referrer, full URL, URL query, or information entered into a form. It does not record mouse coordinates or the contents of clicks or keystrokes. This statement describes Nitro2Lab’s first-party analytics record, not information processed separately by Google Ads. Hosting and security systems may separately process limited network metadata in operational logs.

Payment-card information

Checkout is provided by our payment processor. Nitro2Lab does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. The processor handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Please do not send payment-card details, account passwords, brokerage credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through customer support.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, secure, and administer accounts;
  • synchronize ticker history and provide requested analyses;
  • process top-ups and subscriptions, maintain the service-credit ledger, and apply charges, plan inclusions, or refunds;
  • send password-reset, billing, security, and service messages;
  • respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • measure approximate browsers, homepage visits and engaged time, and understand the Sign up journey;
  • measure advertising performance and use related Google Ads features when the Google Ads tag is configured;
  • monitor reliability, investigate errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms; and
  • meet legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our basis may be performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or your consent.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information to:

  • Service providers that support hosting, databases, payments, email delivery, customer support, security, and market-data operations;
  • Google for Google Ads conversion measurement and related advertising features when the Google Ads tag is configured;
  • Professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute; and
  • A successor organization in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

Some providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy and data-protection laws can differ between countries.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accurate billing and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Nitro2Lab and its users. Retention periods vary by record type and account status. Detailed homepage-session and signup-funnel analytics records are retained for up to 400 days.

A ticker folder you remove remains recoverable in Trash for seven days and is then scheduled for permanent deletion. Read-only folders archived after Pro ends are retained so they can be viewed and restored if you resubscribe; they are not treated as Trash. Transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including password hashing, access controls, secure sessions, and transport encryption in supported production environments. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Cookies and local browser storage

Nitro2Lab uses session cookies and similar browser storage needed for sign-in, security, form protection, and preferences such as light or dark mode. We also use a random, first-party visitor cookie to estimate browsers and first-party session storage to maintain a random analytics-session identifier. The analytics session rotates after 30 minutes without activity. When configured, Google Ads may also use cookies or similar technologies for conversion measurement and related advertising features.

Nitro2Lab’s first-party analytics are used only to understand use of Nitro2Lab and the Sign up journey. Separately, the Google Ads tag is used for advertising measurement and related Google Ads features and may share information with Google. When a supported browser sends an enabled Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, Nitro2Lab does not run its first-party visitor and product analytics tracking; that browser signal does not by itself disable the Google Ads tag.

Clearing or blocking the visitor cookie or analytics-session storage can cause a returning browser or visit to be counted as new or not counted. Blocking essential session storage may stop account features from working.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review certain account and billing information from your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information, and to complain to a privacy regulator.

These rights can be limited by law. For example, we may need to retain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children

Nitro2Lab is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone who cannot legally enter into these terms. Do not create an account if you are below the minimum age required in your location.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.

10. Contact us

For a privacy question or request, email info@nitro2lab.com or use our contact form. Include enough detail for us to understand the request, but do not include passwords or payment-card details.
